How can I return my socks?

Step 1:

Check whether you meet the return policy under this step-by-step plan.

Step 2:

Please inform us via the contact form that you would like to return your socks and request the returns form.

Step 3:

Print the returns form, fill it in as completely as possible and add it to your return package. (No printer? No problem. Transfer all information from the return form onto a piece of paper)

Step 4:

Seal the box you received your socks in again and send it via a shipping company of your choice to the address indicated on the return form.

Step 5:

Relax. We will check your package, contact you via the email address provided and process the refund as soon as possible.

Our returns policy:

You have 30 days (after receipt) to return your socks.

All socks must be unworn in original undamaged packaging. (We cannot accept appropriate socks.)

We do not offer free returns, which means that the costs and risks of return are for the consumer. (tip: keep your shipping receipt until everything is completed)

After receiving the return shipment, we will contact you as soon as possible via the e-mail address provided on the returns form and make the refund. (The initial shipping costs will not be reimbursed)

If you would like to exchange your socks for a different design or color, please return your unwanted socks and place a new order.
